The paper describes a modeling framework for automotive boardnet architectures: OpenCar. The modeling framework is based on the SysML v2 modeling language. By using a tool for constraint propagation, we enable the early estimation of key performances including latencies, throughput limitations, length, cost, and weight of the cable tree. The library in particular also provides means for safety and reliability analysis in line with ISO26262.
