Compared with single-phase LLC, three-phase interleaved LLC can increase the power capacity and reduce current ripple. However, the number of resonant components has also tripled. Without magnetic components integrated design will affect the power density and efficiency. This paper proposes a new integration method for three-phase transformer based on the reluctance model and magnetic flux cancellation principle. It has three magnetic columns, has better magnetic flux distribution characteristics, and can reduce the volume of the magnetic core compared with existing integrated methods. Finally, a prototype with 98% peak efficiency was designed to verify the performance of the proposed transformer.
