This paper presents a new family of three-phase converters with galvanic isolation and a sinusoidal grid current. The proposed topologies allow to assemble a converter for cost-sensitive applications with only three switches or an efficiency-optimized converter which results in a higher switch count. The primary side as well as the secondary side can be assembled from partial topologies based on the specific needs. One of the possible circuits which only requires two switches on the primary side and one switch on the secondary side is presented in this paper and the behavior of the circuit is explained. The functionality was verified using simulations.
