Power electronics solutions generate electromagnetic fields in the environment leading to possible interferences in both near and far field conditions. A prediction of radiated and conducted electromagnetic pollution allows the evaluation of the related issues that can cause device failures and malfunctioning. For this purpose, the radiated emissions in different working points are evaluated through electromagnetic simulations based on Ansys HFSS tool. The goal of this work is the presentation of a simulation approach to perform the electromagnetic analysis of the AcepackTM Drive SiC power module. This method estimates the radiated emission levels with the aim of seeking to reduce potential electromagnetic compatibility problems.
