The optimization of power cycling is a multifaceted endeavor, contingent upon variables such as the specific power module, sintering and solder materials, and their respective specifications. Power cycling, serving as a crucial stress and reliability evaluation tool for power modules, plays a pivotal role in the end-of-life (EOL) assessment of these critical components. It encompasses a comprehensive examination of various facets within the module. This paper aims to elucidate the methodologies involved in optimizing these conditions to obtain precise power cycling data for accelerated EOL testing and the assessment of reliability in sintered power modules employing Α silver sinter paste and soldered power modules.
