This paper proposes a co-simulation method using Ansys software to design a GaN-based three- phase interleaved LLC converter with integrated three-phase magnetics, with the aim of reducing circuit design costs and time. Furthermore, to minimize the size of integrated magnetics, the switching frequency is increased to above 800 kHz. Additionally, three-phase five-leg ferrite core is used to replace traditional three-leg topology, reducing the height through flux sharing in the side-leg. Finally, a 4.8 kW test platform with a 400 V input voltage is constructed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, achieving a maximum efficiency of 96.4 % at 400 V output voltage and 3 kW.
