Using the Characteristics of Tumor Tissue to Judge the Situation of Breast Cancer

Breast cancer has become the most threatening and harmful disease among all cancers, according to global cancer statistics 2020. Perspective the basis of this article is to overcome the disease, combining with the present research field in front of machine learning to predict technology, make an accurate judgment on people's disease conditions. According to the topic of this study, we mainly judge the disease situation of patients, which can be divided into two categories, namely benign and malignant. In order to give full play to the advantages of machine learning, the first step is to establish an appropriate mathematical model as the basis to obtain more accurate results. First of all, we need to discuss nine attributes from the biological perspective, and this topic is a very typical classification problem, so in the classical model, the logistic regression model is a very appropriate choice. Through some preliminary data exploration processing, we can get preliminary results by directly calling the logistic regression model after adjusting relevant parameters in Python. After the basic work of modeling, we need to make further optimization of the hyperparameters. Due to the small amount of experimental data, we directly adopt the more direct way of deep search. In addition, this paper also through the search tree and search forest technology at the end of the model to further realize the visualization of the whole model. In this way, each discrimination process can be presented in detail, so that people can better understand the model and further optimization.
