Based on the big data analysis of the subway track area based on BIM technology, the denoising method of the point cloud of the subway circular tunnel, the mathematical model analytical formula for constructing the actual tunnel based on the point cloud data, and the method of adjusting the line and slope based on the evolution mechanism are proposed. The research shows that for the problem of line adjustment and slope adjustment in subway engineering projects, the evolutionary algorithm is used to optimize the track route to be laid, and the designed tunnel with the smallest deviation from the actual tunnel is found. There are obvious advantages in optimization effect and time.
