With the advent of the era of big data, while the Internet brings opportunities to enterprises, enterprises are facing more and more public relations crises. In the process of internal and external public relations of enterprises, there will be many public relations problems with different degrees. Practice has proved that these public relations problems in enterprises can be completely prevented by early warning and pre-control in the process of enterprise management. With the development of market economy and the improvement of social complexity, enterprises have entered a highly dangerous period of public relations. How to manage public relations crisis effectively has become an important issue of enterprise management. This paper studies this problem, and the method adopted in this paper is fuzzy neural network. In this paper, the feed-forward neural network completes the process of fuzzing input, fuzzy logic reasoning and fuzzy synthesis of various warning signals. Fuzzy rules are constructed by fuzzy expert experience, and early warning signals are output synthetically. The research in this paper shows that this algorithm is superior to the traditional algorithm, and it is suitable to be widely used in practical applications.
