In the power system, the distribution area is an important infrastructure of the power grid. In the era of smart grid, the dispatching and condition monitoring management of smart distribution area is an important task for power enterprises and power authorities. However, the calculation efficiency of state prediction is low. The real-time performance of data acquisition, analysis and calculation are poor, and the qualified rate of state prediction is low, which affects the safety and stability of power grid operation. In this paper, according to the state monitoring and management of distribution area, the entity of distribution area is converted into data model. The remote monitoring and dispatching are carried out. After the experimental test, compared with the traditional prediction method, we found that the prediction accuracy of the proposed method is improved by 11. 2%, and the calculation time is reduced by more than 6. 7%. With the increase of the amount of data, the algorithm in this paper occupies significantly less system resources, which has a strong practical application value and significance for improving the system operation efficiency and reducing the failure of distribution network equipment.
