The establishment of non-cooperative targets requires 3D model establishment, RCS simulation, statistical characteristic analysis and consistency evaluation. The above work is generally carried out with different software, and the relevant algorithms are not standardized and encapsulated, which leads to cumbersome analysis process and low efficiency. This paper designs the RCS data management and analysis system based on Matlab which can realize the extraction and management of RCS data, and support the efficient development of modeling and analysis.
