Research on health status evaluation method of switch machine based on ANFIS

Aiming at the problem of uncertainty and randomness of mechanical failure of ZYJ7 switch machine, a multi parameter switch machine health state evaluation model based on subtractive clustering adaptive fuzzy neural inference system (SC-ANFIS) is established. Through the research and demonstration of experimental data, this evaluation method can better solve the fuzziness and complexity of the factors affecting the health of switch machine, provide reference for maintenance personnel and reduce the maintenance workload.
