Objective: To analyze the stability of tongue coating flora and the effect of oral Cephalosporin on tongue coating flora by tracking the stability of tongue coating flora in the volunteer with chronic gastritis for 16 weeks. Methods: The oral tongue coating of the volunteer with chronic gastritis was sampled once a week for 16 weeks. The tongue coating samples were sequenced by 16sr RNA high-throughput sequencing technology, and the composition and structural characteristics of tongue coating flora were analyzed. Results: (a) The core skeleton of tongue coating flora at phylum level was Proteobacteria (43.87%), Firmicutes (29.39%), Bacteroidetes (12.37%), Actinobacteria (5.68%) and Fusobacteria (4.58%). The abundance of these five phyla fluctuated with time and the effect of oral antibiotics, but there was no significant difference. (b) Oral cephalosporin has a great impact on the flora of tongue coating, especially on the non-dominant flora. (c) Under normal conditions, the flora of tongue coating is mostly in a positive relationship. When treated by cephalosporin, the network of tongue coating flora was destroyed and the negative correlation of flora increased significantly. Conclusion: The structure of the core flora was stable. Take Cephrazidine left the tongue coating flora of the volunteer out of balance. Cephrazidine inhibited the abundance of tongue coating flora. Cephrazidine had little effect on the core dominant flora, and had great influence on non-dominant bacteria, especially Gram-positive bacteria and anaerobic bacteria. Cephrazidine can break the relationship between the tongue flora.
