In order to improve the precision of quantitative transportation of cementing and plugging material, the system has better stability and effectiveness. In this paper, the mathematical model of quantitative transportation system of cementing plugging material is established and the transfer function of the system is established. Control system to configure the cementing mud flow of clear water to control the cementing plugging material throughput, plugging material weight change in the bin as a set value, through the inverter control asynchronous motor to drive the rotation of the rotary feeder so that plugging material from the bin down to the pneumatic conveying pipeline. In this paper, the simulation model of closedloop control, closed-loop PID control and fuzzy PID control is built, and the comparative study of the three control methods is carried out. The research results confirm that fuzzy PID control has better robustness and responsiveness, and the control effect is better than the simple PID control.
