According to the current situation of control system of hydropower plant, the method of establishing compliance model can effectively prevent misoperation, malicious operation, network attack and virus of Control System.In order to simulate the unit operation in the process of non-compliance, such as the operation of the wrong behaviour, as well as malicious operation, and so on.The purpose of taking the control process of a hydropower plant as an example is to find a real-time monitoring and alarm method for the internal equipment fault, control flow fault and operation, operation, misoperation in the control process, malicious operation and other dangerous factors which may seriously threaten the safety of the whole control system and the power production safety of the power plant, in order to alert relevant staff according to the specific production situation to take timely effective preventive measures. Further carry out the fragility research of the electric power monitoring system of large hydropower plants, construct the operation behavior and compliance model of the hydropower plant monitoring system, develop a prototype of the behavioral compliance detection device, and deploy it in the simulation environment of the hydropower plant for effectiveness verification. The construction of power plant network security defense system and the formation of defense capabilities provide important support.
