Based on the reliability evaluation theory, the basic ideas and calculation methods of reliability evaluation in the Powerfactory software are deeply analyzed. The modeling methods and calculation steps when using the software to evaluate the reliability of the distribution system are comprehensively introduced. Taking the typical single-ring network wiring in the medium-voltage distribution network as an example, the FMEA method is used to analyze the expected accidents, the power network model is built in the Powerfactory software, and the relevant calculation parameters are set for simulation analysis. A series of indicators are compared and calculated to evaluate the reliability of the distribution network wiring method.
