This paper proposes an optimal dispatching control strategy based on the air-conditioning load participating in the operation of the power system. Its purpose is to coordinate the optimal control of the combined cooling, heating and power system, reduce the peak-to-valley difference of the power grid, and improve the level of new energy consumption. First, based on the human thermal comfort model and air conditioning load thermodynamics, the energy storage air conditioning model is established, and the theoretical calculation formulas for its energy storage capacity, power and other indicators are derived. Secondly, the coupling relationship between system consumption, environmental pollution and system energy storage air-conditioning indicators is analyzed, and the objective function of system operation is established on this basis. Third, design a virtual energy storage control strategy for temporary peak shaving scenarios to achieve the purpose of reducing system consumption and peak shaving and valley filling. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the model are verified through experimental simulation results.
