Aiming at the problems that the existing power grid is increasingly affected by the output fluctuation of renewable energy, there are technical bottlenecks in promoting consumption and high peak shaving pressure, an adaptive allocation method of power system energy storage capacity under high proportion of new energy access is proposed, and a system capacity optimal allocation model considering large-scale new energy access is established. The spectrum characteristics of new energy output are analyzed, and a high proportion new energy access allocation strategy based on empirical mode decomposition is proposed. Based on this strategy. The lower level makes its day ahead power generation plan with the goal of minimizing the system operation cost. Based on the new energy and load data of a typical day of an actual power grid , the proposed model is simulated, analyzed and verified. The experimental results show that the capacity optimal allocation model of the adaptive allocation method of power system energy storage capacity under the increased proportion of new energy access can not only meet the performance requirements of power grid.
