This paper considers the system parameter uncertainty and the control delay of the energy storage system, the load frequency control (LFC) model of the wind-storage interconnected power system is established, and the sliding mode frequency controller is designed for the LFC model with the wind power and energy storage. The coordinated control strategy of the load frequency controller reduces the configuration capacity of the energy storage system and improves the robustness of the system. Through simulation analysis, it is verified that the proposed control strategy can effectively reduce the system frequency deviation and improve the and stability of the power system operation under the system load fluctuations.
