In order to reduce the pollution caused by the use of traditional diesel generator vehicles in power supply guarantee, this paper put forward the application of hydrogen fuel cell in power supply guarantee, and proposed the structure and function design methods of power supply guarantee generator vehicle based on hydrogen fuel cell. The flywheel energy storage device was used as the transition power supply of the mains power and hydrogen fuel cell system, and the electric chassis vehicle was used as the backup starting power supply for hydrogen fuel cell, further improving the reliability and environmental protection of the hydrogen fuel cell generator vehicle. Through the parallel operation control of four groups of hydrogen fuel cell modules and the coordinated control of three kinds of energy storage systems, the stable operation of hydrogen fuel cell generator vehicle was realized, so that it has the functions of uninterrupted power supply and emergency power generation. A 400 kW hydrogen fuel cell generator vehicle was developed and tested. The test results showed that the vehicle can maintain stable output voltage and current when the mains power supply was interrupted and restored, realizing uninterrupted power supply to important loads.
