With the urgent need for a high-pressure (28 MPa) piping connection for the 4th generation fighters, the traditional hot working Ti50Ni47Fe3 alloy can no longer meet the requirements. Therefore, Ti50Ni47Fe3 alloy was subjected to different cold working deformation and annealing regimes, mechanical properties, memory recovery property tests and microstructure observation. It is shown that the microstructure is sufficiently refined with the increase in the cold working deformation amount as well as the significant increase in the mechanical property and memory recovery property of materials. The recrystallization temperature of the alloy is 600 °C~650 °C. The optimum annealing treatment temperature is about 450 °C. The best memory recovery property grain orientation of the alloy is concentrated in the direction of [111].
