An intelligent type of acquisition terminals of high voltage was introduced, and the suspended power source and filtering circuit were designed to accommodate the steady power supply on high voltage site. The improved arithmetic was applied to solve the problem of electric energy measuring on periodicity aberrance wave. A new unimpeachable charge management system was proposed based on high voltage and low voltage parameters assisted mutually. Besides the automatic long-range meter reading, electricity purchasing management and the charge management, the system could conform to the electricity filcher, faulty measuring installations and the quantity of lost electrical energy. The availability of the terminals and the new charge management system is proved by the practical trial.
