In this paper, an adaptive dynamic bias low dropout regulator based on 180nm CMOS process is designed for low-power management of wireless sensor networks in the Internet of things. The key problems in the design of ultra-low power LDO are studied, including the improvement of system stability and transient response. The miller compensation scheme is improved to improve the system stability; At the same time, the adaptive bias current technology is used to improve the transient response performance of the load, and the low power consumption in standby mode is realized by reducing the bias current. The contradiction between low power consumption and fast transient response is solved. LDO can realize 600mV stable output voltage from 1.2V to 1.8V power supply voltage, with a dropout voltage of 150mV, quiescent current of 1.1uA and power consumption of 1.32uW.
