As essential equipment in the conveying process, the safety and stability of the belt conveyor are of great significance to the efficient and safe operation of the conveying process. If the enterprise improves transportation efficiency, without considering the safe operation of the belt conveyor, it will cause hidden dangers to personal safety and property safety. Therefore, the design and application of the belt conveyor integrated protection device is crucial to the safety of workers and equipment. For the integrated protection system of belt conveyor, a new grating passive conveyor integrated protection system is designed to reduce the faults caused by electromagnetic interference, improve the reliability and utilization rate of the protection system, and reduce the construction and operation costs.
