With the gradual realization of China's 14th Five-Year Plan, the proportion of installed renewable energy capacity in all regions has increased significantly. In particular, the high proportion of photovoltaic access has brought a large number of ramping flexibility resources to the power system. In order to solve the problem of insufficient ramping capacity of the power systems, it is urgent to design a reasonable and effective ramping product. The flexible ramping product designed in this article can bring positive effect. On the one hand, it can fully release the adjustment ability of existing ramping resources, and prevent the power system from abandoning solar and wind and cutting load due to insufficient ramping; On the other hand, it ensures the reasonable income of ramping resources, thereby encouraging new ramping resources and ensuring the abundance of long-term flexibility resources. The ramping product based on D-1 electric energy trading designed in this paper can realize the sharing of ramping resources through the electric energy trading in D-1, and effectively solve the ramping problem in the market coverage regions. At last, the article proves the benefits of ramping products through an example.
