High power bi-directional DC-DC converters are widely used in new energy generation and new energy vehicles. The interleaved parallel technology can significantly reduce the output current ripple of the converter, reduce the design cost and increase the power level. Due to the unequal parasitic parameters of each phase, it is easy to make the phase current imbalance, resulting in lower reliability and shorter service life of the converter. To solve the above problem, this paper applies the uniform flow control in the control of multi-phase interleaved parallel converter. The simulation model is built under simulink for analysis, and the experimental prototype is made, and the digital control design is carried out by FPGA to verify the effectiveness of the control method.
