On June 30, 2020, with the installation of the power distribution network interconnection switch of Jiashan Wujiang distribution network, the "power barrier" between the two places was officially broken. Qingpu, Wujiang and Jiashan are all in the ecological green integrated development demonstration area of the Yangtze River Δ. So far, they have realized ring network interconnection. Thus, the reliability of power supply has been greatly improved. Firstly, this paper investigates the management and operation mechanism of the interconnected power grid. We focus on the management coordination, operation wiring, power bill settlement, operation and maintenance emergency repair coordination and other mechanism. Then we put forward reasonable suggestions for the future development path of the management and operation mechanism of regional interconnected power grid.
