Under the guidance of the carbon neutral target, renewable energy, photovoltaics, biomass and other new energy industries have broad development prospects. With the substantial reduction in the cost of photovoltaic modules, the popularity of user-side photovoltaics has also greatly increased the installed capacity of photovoltaic units, which is renewable. The increase in energy installed capacity places higher demands on the new energy consumption mechanism. But at present, the issuance of green certificates is limited to onshore wind power and centralized photovoltaic power plants. Based on the current development of renewable energy, this article explores the green certificate trading mechanism suitable for distributed photovoltaic and other renewable energy, and achieves the goal of local consumption of renewable energy. After the green card market joined the power market, the economic benefit of unit carbon emission is slightly improved than that when it did not join the green card transaction.
