Under the background of increasingly strict national investment supervision and increasing pressure on enterprise operation, how to improve the lean management level of power grid investment is of great significance to the operation and development of power grid enterprises. The power grid investment allocation technology is one of the important means to improve the lean management of enterprise investment. Based on this, this paper combines the current situation and characteristics of the investment management of power grid enterprises, and constructs the power grid investment foundation and characteristics from the two dimensions of grid operation status and historical investment results. Adjustment of the two-stage allocation method model. This method first extracts the basic allocation indicators according to the actual situation such as grid size and power grid operation, and then combines the historical investment results to screen the power grid investment allocation adjustment indicators in different regions, and introduces the combination weighting method and index analysis concept to calculate the basic allocation ratio and Adjust the optimization parameters, and finally obtain the optimal results of investment scale allocation in different regions. Finally, an empirical analysis is carried out on the actual situation of power grid investment in a certain area. The results show that the model can realize scientific and reasonable allocation of investment under the situation of grid investment constraints and lean management, improve the precision level of investment management and control, and provide scientific and reasonable allocation of power grid investment.
