Although the epidemic is well under control in China today, there are still a few cases emerging in some areas and new strains of the novel coronavirus continue to mutate and produce new strains. Therefore, during the exceptional period when the virus is not fully controlled, we still need to carry out outbreak prevention and control efforts. During the epidemic, our country uses health codes to check people's health information and travel, automatically updating people with relevant information. However, the fact that health codes do not vary from province to province and region to region has caused some difficulties for people to travel. This paper addresses this issue by designing and developing an integrated health code management certification system based on computer application technology in accordance with the epidemic prevention requirements of each region, this will enable people to travel across the country with one code, improve the efficiency of their travel and their medical experience, further facilitate their lives and maximise their quality of life and happiness.
