Architecture of Twin Basin based on Cloud-Edge Coordination

This paper discusses the cloud side intelligent collaboration framework of twin basin. The fundamental difference between twin basin and other traditional digital models is the mutual coupling and mutual feed of virtual and real, which is the the platform base of intelligent services and application scenarios for strong service of intelligent water conservancy.
