We proposes a resource dynamic management system in this paper, including personnel management module, equipment management module, supplier management module, interface module, etc. The system adopts a multi-layer system architecture design, which can manage multiple types of resources, and then achieve reasonable the purpose of arranging relevant resources and pilot programs and activities to improve efficiency.
