Research on Big Data Aided Scientific Research Management Decision – Based on ROST Text Mining System

In the era of knowledge economy, the use of computer technology to interpret the text of big data and assist scientific research management and decision-making is a common concern of researchers. ROST text mining system is a scientific research method based on network computing technology. In this article, we use the data dictionary function of the Cingta big data platform to obtain 11078 International Cooperation Project data from 2010 to 2019. Based on ROST text mining system, we use the word segmentation and word frequency statistics functions, analyze the research characteristics of various regions so as to provide reference for regions to understand their own research advantages and gaps. The research advantages of various regions show corresponding geomorphic characteristics climate, environment and subject characteristics. It helps the national and regional scientific research institutions to formulate relevant scientific research policies.
