Using the method of spatial syntax theory, taking the traditional village Zhangdian village, Jiaxian County, Henan Province as an example, starting from the comparison between the village form before 1949 and the current situation, this paper makes a quantitative research and visual expression on the pedestrian flow in the main streets and lanes through the axis analysis at the macro level and the horizon analysis at the meso level, Through the survey data statistics and SPSS software, this paper makes a correlation analysis on the influencing factors of vitality points at the micro level, in order to objectively describe and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of the external space vitality of Zhangdian village from these three different scales, and explore the path of the spatial activation of traditional villages on this basis, In order to provide some useful help in the face of the decline of traditional villages under the influence of urbanization.
