Online health care tend to be normalized, and patients can more actively participate in diagnosis and treatment decision-making and self-health management through online health community; On the other hand, the doctor-patient contradiction caused by the poor doctor-patient relationship has become an urgent social problem to be solved. Patient compliance plays an extremely important role in improving the doctor-patient relationship. Patients' high compliance can achieve better treatment effect and pay lower medical expenses. Among the many factors that affect the decision-making behaviour of patients, psychology has attracted more and more attention. Among them, regulatory focus theory divides individual personality types according to individual psychological motivation, and individual behaviour decisions of different personality traits are often different. In recent years, researches have begun to focus on adjustment and adjustment in disease prevention and health promotion. This study established a research model consisting of two independent variables, three mediators, one dependent variable, four control variables, and nine hypotheses. An online survey involving 321 valid responses was conducted to collect data in China. We used structural equation modelling and confirmatory factor analysis to test the hypotheses and to develop the research model. The reliability and validity of the measures were accepted. In terms of control variables, gender may have positive impact on the level of doctor-patient interaction (P value close to 0.05), and has no significant impact on other variables. The regulatory focus of patients in online health community will indeed have a positive impact on patients' compliance. Among them, the effect of promotion focus is more significant than prevention focus on patients' self-efficacy, while prevention focus has a more significant impact on patients' decision-making preference and physician-patient interaction.
