With the rapid development of computer Internet technology, cloud computing emerges as the times require, using virtualization technology to concentrate a large number of infrastructure resources. In the cloud computing environment, the cloud platform provides users with on-demand services for data center resources. Server resource allocation problems mainly include single-node user resource requests and complex multi-node user resource requests. Due to the dynamic and heterogeneity of resources, the communication delay and bandwidth requirements between nodes in a cloud cluster are very strict. The existing cloud platforms often have the problem of multi-resource allocation in cloud clusters, ignoring the link resources between nodes, and only allocate resources one by one virtual machine. The traditional particle swarm algorithm is prone to fall into premature convergence in the allocation of cloud computing resources, and cannot solve the resource allocation under the cloud platform well. This paper proposes an improved particle swarm resource allocation algorithm, which can effectively allocate cloud resources, reduce resource overhead, shorten task execution time, and improve the average revenue and resource utilization of cloud resources.
