In order to improve the performance of ESC hydraulic actuator unit, the booster valve of ESC hydraulic actuator unit is simulated in this paper. Based on ANSYS, the simulation analysis model of booster valve is established by using finite element method, and the electromagnetic field distribution characteristics of booster valve are analyzed. At the same time, the analysis of the electromagnetic force characteristics of the booster valve provides a data basis for the optimization design of the booster valve.
