The current bridge structural health dynamic monitoring mainly relies on sensors to obtain data transmitted via sensing network, which is limited by the traditional IoT's own defects when applied to large-span bridges, resulting in poor realtime monitoring process transmission and large data transmission redundancy, affecting monitoring accuracy and efficiency. In order to improve the above-mentioned defects, the method of dynamic monitoring of structural health of large-span bridges based on NB-IoT is studied. NB-IoT technology is applied to the sensing network to build a NB-IoT for bridge structure health monitoring. After selecting the optimal bridge structural health monitoring project, a plain Bayesian model is used to analyze the monitoring data and realize the discrimination of structural damage. Through bridge validation experiments, it is demonstrated that the method effectively improves the defects of current monitoring methods with monitoring accuracy higher than 93%, which improves monitoring accuracy and reduces data redundancy.
