Aiming at the quality and safety control requirements in civil aircraft manufacturing process, in order to effectively identify system critical&important parts and its characteristics, the identification method of critical&important parts in civil aircraft system is studied. According to the quality control procedures and standards related to critical&important parts, this paper gives the identification method of critical&important parts and its characteristics of civil aircraft systems. Through FHA, FMEA, FTA, and other system safety assessment methods, select the candidates for critical&important parts, then carry out characteristic analysis on the candidates, and extract the characteristic information from the performance indexes and influence conditions of. Determine the list of system critical&important parts and its characteristics through characteristic verification. At present, this method has been applied to the quality control of critical&important parts in civil aircraft design and manufacturing process.
