The grader is a kind of machinery widely used in earthwork. Swing frame is an important part of it, which plays an important role in its safe and stable operation. Taking the swing frame of grader as the research object, the finite element simulation calculation is carried out, and the accuracy of the finite element simulation results is verified by comparing with the test results. On this basis, the topological optimization of the swing frame is carried out. After optimization, the weight of the swing frame is reduced by 12.1%, the maximum stress is reduced by 51.3%, and the driver's front wheel vision is improved.
