With the rapid development of vacuum technology and electron beam processing systems, electron beam is also widely used as a highly efficient metal processing technology. In this paper, a simulation model of the first lens of electron gun is established based on CST software, and the effects of different parameters in the melting electron gun system on the first lens and on the performance of the electron beam trajectory are analyzed. The parametric structure of the first lens is optimized by simulation of CST software.
