Active phased array antenna is an important electronic countermeasure equipment, and its internal cable-layout level is directly related to the performance of equipment. In this paper, a design method for the 3D wiring is propos ed based on an active phased array antenna. Firstly, the design process of 3D wiring and the definition method of spool are introduced. Then, by the quantity statistics and structural configuration of function modules, types of telecommunication cable, the interconnection in each module is clearly specified. Finally, the power-link wiring simulation and RF link wiring simulation are respectively analysed, and the overall layout design of array antenna is also finished.
