In order to analyze the penetration effect process and according characteristics the jetting projectile charge has on different target plates, four liners in varied structures were designed, whose characteristic parameters when forming Jetting projectile charge are compared and analyzed, after which, the arc-cone liner is determined to be an optimal scheme, then further analyses were run on respective simulations carried out on 45# steel target plate, CrNi80TiNbAl alloy target plate and tungsten alloy target plate based on it. By analyzing the result of Jetting projectile charge’s penetration simulation on all three targets plates from depth, form of penetration aperture and other related aspects, the penetrating form on all three targets of the penetrator created by arc-cone liner is finally obtained.
