In view of the problem that a missile electric rudder plate is subjected to a large change in load torque during the flight due to changes in flight speed and air characteristics, a feedforward fuzzy controller is added to improve the anti-load torque interference performance of the electric actuator. By comparing the parameters of different types of motors, the brushless DC motor is finally determined as the servo motor of the steering gear system. This paper analyzes the electric actuator's mathematical model, determines the actuator's mathematical model combined with the selected parameters of the brushless DC motor, and forms a double closed-loop control system of the electric actuator. The feedforward fuzzy controller of the electric actuator is generated. The anti-load performance of electric actuator double closed-loop control system with feedforward fuzzy controller and simple electric actuator double closed-loop control system is simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the feedforward fuzzy controller positively affects the anti-load torque interference of the lifting system within a specific load torque range.
