We demonstrate a photonic sub-THz integrated sensing and communication system. Realtime 125.516-Gbps data rate and offline 10-mm ranging resolution are achieved simultaneously in the 120-150 GHz band, enabled by a 2×2 MIMO fiber-wireless-fiber communication architecture and homologous sensing down-conversion mechanism.
