We present the first demonstration of using a SiCOI-based optical frequency comb for longhaul transmission and find error-free performance of polarization division multiplexed 25-GBaud probabilistically- constellation-shaped QAM signal after 8100 km. The experiment demonstrates the highest spectral efficiency for the longest DWDM comb-based fiber transmission.
