We report on measurements of record-narrow optical line with FWHM down to 92 kHz (Lorentz part down to 6 kHz) in O-band InAs/GaAs QD DFB laser. This achievement together with high power and wavelength tunability makes QD platform appealing for LiDAR and coherent datacom applications.
