Spectroscopic techniques using Rydberg atoms allow highly precise phase measurement of a radio-frequency (RF) field. In this study, we utilize this atom-based method to measure RF field phase shifts. The results show a measurement accuracy of 1.5 degrees, with a 10% deviation from theoretical predictions.
