We experimentally demonstrate a reversible and non-volatile optical phase shift in the SiN waveguide, which is given by thermal annealing using micro-heaters and UV irradiation. A non-volatile phase shift of 0.453pi is observed in an asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometer with a 1000-µm-long phase shifter.
