We propose SDM optical interconnect using 4-core and 8-core MCFs with an optical circuit switch, emulating the spine-leaf network topologies in intra-data centers for high capacity, cabling man-agement, and simple scalability. We can achieve 800 Gb/s with 75 GBaud PAM8 using 4lambda DML channels.
